1. How do I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting the 'Track Order' section on our website. Enter your Order ID to see the current status. Alternatively, you can check the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch.
2. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI and Net Banking (also additional options available on Razorpay).
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact support immediately.
4. What if I receive a damaged item?
Please raise a return request within 48 hours with images of the damaged item.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer COD on select products and locations. Availability is shown during checkout.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
7. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes, you can return products within 7 days as long as they are unused and in original condition. Exceptions may apply to perishables and discounted items.
