Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and invoice.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to the 'Orders' section.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click on 'Return Item'.
- Upload images (if required) and mention a valid reason for return.
- Our team will review the request and schedule a pickup if eligible.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or personal care items cannot be returned.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or with special coupons are non-refundable.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
In certain cases, we allow direct exchanges for the same item if it is defective or damaged. Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
